Can’t come into our office in Mountain View? Virtual appointments are now available!

We offer testing in your home via computer. You take our preliminary screening tests for Mild Cognitive Impairment at home, the results are sent to us, we analyze the results, and we send you an explanation of your scores. If needed we may recommend further tests, which can also be done at home.

The rest of our services can be discussed over the phone or via Zoom, including formulation of a behavioral program involving diet, exercise, sleep, meditation, intellectual stimulation, and socializing.

Looking for a support group? You can attend our private support group meetings via Zoom. Support groups are professionally led, and allow clients, family members, and caregivers to talk about their feelings and experiences as well as learning about symptoms, facts and figures, and caregiving tips.

You can also call us by appointment for individual counselling via Zoom or phone calls.

Support groups have been a lifeline for the millions who have gone before you.

At Cognitas Health, our support groups are:

• An educational session for both caregivers and patients

• An opportunity for participants to share their own concerns and hear what other people have done

• Approximately two hours long

You do not have to do this alone.
